Supporting the SCTP with designing the parameters and rules that are to be applied to determine which households are not to form part of the SCTP. 

In 2018 and 2019, SCTP beneficiary households will have reached the end of the four (4) year program cycle. As per the program regulations, a retargeting process is required to determine the eligibility status of its beneficiaries and additionally, establish a process to determine beneficiaries that will not form part of the SCTP.
