Project to reduce poverty and malnutrition and improve school enrollment by delivering cash transfers to ultra-poor and labor constrained households in Malawi.

The firm was hired to conduct a situational analysis of the SCTP, and then re-design the project cycle to improve the program process (targeting, enrollment, transfers, case management, monitoring and evaluation).
