Client: United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF)

The goal of the UNCDF Cash Transfer Program was to operate a pilot within a bigger framework of the Vision 2020 Umurenge Programme (VUP), which was being implemented country-wide through the Ministry of Local Government, Good Governance, Community Development and Social Affairs (MINALOC). The most important difference with this pilot was that it was implemented in a decentralized way, meaning that all mandate were given to the District Level.

The Firm supported the program by preparing of the Design Proposal to be utilized for the design of the main operations manual and its technical annexes.
