This pilot program to combat school absenteeism at primary schools in rural areas was a joint initiative of the Higher Education Council, the Ministry of National Education, and the Moroccan association for the promotion of schooling.

The firm was hired to design the CCT pilot and provide assistance during the implementation. They also assisted in the preparation of the Operations Manual including technical annexes on targeting, enrolment, payments, case management and monitoring of conditions.
