The firm supported the program in its first and second phase by:

• Provided operations assessment of four Social Safety Net Programs: Child Grant, Old Pension Grant, Bursary Program, and Welfare Program.
• Detailed design and implementation of a national household registry using a Proxy Means Test
• Coordinated a study tour for a Lesotho delegation to Brazil and Colombia to visit and learn about “Bolsa Familia” and “Familias en Accion” CCT Programs.
• Provided support to the local IT firm in the development of the new MIS, ensuring that it was built based on program needs.
• Designed and implemented the pilot of a Conditional Cash Transfer in at least one selected model community council.
