Provided support for the social protection component and technical assistance project.

The firm carried out the following activities:

• Prepared a monitoring proposal to track and assess the implementation of selected social assistance programs, beneficiary identification system, and central beneficiary registry.
• The Monitoring Plan aimed to provide technical assistance and guidance on piloting the monitoring system as it developed, including how to collect and record the necessary data on the specified indicators and in order to refine and finalize the monitoring system.
