Project to provide support to reduced income families to build, renovate, and/or expand homes.

The firm was hired to support the program by:

• Preparing a basic Operations Manual and Technical Annexes for the Program: application, selection, bank loan, and monitoring.
• Developing the software application to support the operation of the Program.
• Training and familiarizing participating stakeholders, unit officers, NGOs and IFIs to the program.
• The firm was also contracted for maintenance of the Management Information System (MIS) and remote support in the first year of implementation.
