Supporting the HNUP to ensures that families below the 4th income decile should be able to purchase, or be eligible for grants for, affordable housing.

The company did the following to support HNUP:

• Design of the Beneficiary Selection System for a subsidized housing program. To this end the estimated amount of earnings is calculated through the use of the Proxy Means Formula and the amount declared by the applicant. It additionally includes cross-referencing of other properties.

At the end of the program, the concept of comprehensive neighborhood improvement has been implemented, institutionalized, and accepted by all key actors in the sector as an effective way to provide a housing solution to some of the lowest income sectors of the population.
