The Community Nutrition Project (CNP) promoted: i) Stimulating Demand for Key Maternal and Child Health Services (Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT)), ii) Stimulating Behaviour Change and Mobilizing Mutual Support to Improve Nutrition (Community-based Health and Nutrition Program), and iii) Project Support and Management (Technical Assistance for Design and Implementation).

The firm was hired to design the CCT pilot and provide technical support for its implementation. Operations Manual and guidelines for the project were also developed. This included targeting, enrolment, payments, case management, and monitoring processes. The firm trained the personnel in the unit and led the preparation of terms of reference for MIS development as well. They engaged in policy level discussions with the government of Laos and development partners.
