Design of a Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) Program promoting human capital development through conditionalities aimed at improving nutritional outcomes and increasing secondary school graduation.

The firm was hired to complete the technical design of the CCT pilot and national scale-up program, and provide technical support for its implementation. It also supported in the design and testing of the Management Information System (MIS).
