The Firm was hired to provide an Operational Assessment report of the LEAP pilot, and made recommendations to improve it in such a way that it can be scaled-up and operated in an efficient and sustainable way. It also gave options to strengthening LEAP was a detailed design in the form of technical documents and annexes.
