• Preparation of design parameters, including: objectives, beneficiary eligibility criteria, exiting scheme; and project cycle: selection of schools, focalization, enrolment, participation in the benefit and monitoring.
• Testing of the monitoring and field trials system evidencing the appropriate operation of the selection system.
